That brand ambassadors should take all reasonable measures to ensure that any personal information held by them is protected against loss, unauthorised use, modification and/or disclosure. Further, at the time that the brand ambassador collects any personal information from a customer, they should ensure that all persons from whom personal information has been collected are aware of and consent to the purpose for which the information will be used.
